About Me

While the depth with which I describe myself may surprise some visitors to this site, I believe that a good match between my values and the values of the institution at which I work is critical to our mutual success, and therefore provide this information to enable this comparison.  I will try to communicate my personal philosophies and why I am excited by what I do, the type of person I am, and my leadership style and strategies.
